You will not:


- Post information not related to the job description.
- Post a job description if you are not the actual employer and you do not represent actual employer.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
- Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
- Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Failure to comply with any of these restrictions will be cause for the termination of your Werkboard.com postings and all your future postings will be banned from Werkboard.com.

We reserve the absolute right, without giving any reasons, to remove any posted information (such as job postings) from Werkboard.com for any reason and at any time without prior notice.

We assume no responsibility for the content of any information posted at Werkboard.com.

We assume no responsibility for users falsely posing as an employer or recruiting/staffing firm and posting jobs in that employer or firms name.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties


We have no control for the content of the job listings or other information posted on Werkboard.com.

We cannot confirm that users are who they claim to be.

Werkboard.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of information displayed in Werkboard.com.

Under no circumstances shall Werkboard.com be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of or reliance on Werkboard.com services.
